Here is the most important and exciting part of the AgriBonus programme. The award for your loyalty to your producers organisation and its AgriBonus partners, range from partner products, exotic holidays and tangible benefits to a bakkie. The terms of the award usages are included with each award certificate.

AgriBonus is the sole authority regarding redemption of an award.
AgriBonus Award certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Awards are redeemable at the sole discretion of AgriBonus.
Only the AgriBonus Service Centre may issue award certificates.

Award redemption and usage
In order to qualify for an award of your choice, you must have enough AgriBonus points in your account. This you can find on your quarterly AgriBonus activity statement, on the AgriBonus website (www.agribonus.co.za) or on request. Award requestforms are printed on the back of your AgriBonus activity statement. as well as printed in the BONUS.

Requesting award certificates
When requesting award certificates, use the award request form on the back of your AgriBonus activity statement (or fax your request to the AgriBonus Service Centre). For your protection, requests must be in writing and the AgriBonus award certificate will always be sent to your address as recorded on the AgriBonus database, except when collected in person.

When applying for an award, it is essential that you supply the following information :
The name under which you are registered as an AgriBonus member
Your AgriBonus or producer organisation membership number
Award description as published
Award code as published
Whether the award will be collected or sent by mail

Processing of AgriBonus award certificates
Award certificates must be requested one week before collection. If posted, the AgriBonus Service Centre requires at least four weeks to make provision for the postal service.
