AgriBonus points can be earned in two categories, namely base points and bonus points.

How are AgriBonusbase points earned?

For each purchase from an AgriBonus partner, you will earn pre-negotiated points that will be reflected on your points summary.

How are AgriBonusbonus points earned?

1. Research bonus
Whenever you participate in an AgriBonus sanctioned project or survey.

2. Threshold bonus
Awarded upon reaching Silver or Gold tier status.

3. Appreciation bonus
A special token of appreciation from AgriBonus after reaching a certain amount of base points.

4. Status recognition bonus
Special bonus points awarded from time to time to Silver or Gold tier status members.


How do I ensure that I receive my AgriBonus points?

1. Make sure that you know who the participating AgriBonus partners are. You will find that information on the partner directory or you can phone the service centre at +27 (0)12 843 5660

2. Keep your AgriBonus number handy when you make a purchase at any partner or buy any partner product. Tell the cashier that you are an AgriBonus member (they do not always know). Ask them how they send your information to the service centre.

3. When you send your purchase invoice(s) to the service centre, make sure that all the required information appears on it (name, surname, postal address, telephone numbers, AgriBonus number (if you have it), date, invoice number, product(s), amount) This prevents any confusion.

4. If you have any account numbers at any of the partners or a co-op number, let us know so that these can be linked to your AgriBonus number.
