Terms and conditions:

1. The Pfizer/Agri-bonus Rugby World Cup campaign is restricted to Act 36 OTC products only.

2. To qualify for the draw, complete the entry form and deposit it in the entry box at your nearest Agri-business outlet.

3. The campaign will be launched 01/02/2011 and close on the 31/07/2011.

4. Final random draw to take place on 15/08/2010 in the presence of auditing personal of Agri-bonus.

5. The random selection of prize winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize includes economy class flights departing OR Thambo airport, accommodation (Bed and Breakfast) and one ticket to each of the semi-finals, one ticket to the play-off’s and one ticket to the final of the 2011 RWC (A total of 4 tickets)

7. Incorrect/Incomplete entry forms will automatically disqualify the entrant.

8. Pfizer/Agri-bonus reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an entry and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the terms and conditions.

9. Only the official entry form is valid.

10. Pfizer/Agri-bonus cannot be held accountable for lost entry forms.

11. Winners will be notified telephonically and announced on Radio RSG.

12. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

13. Travel documents (passports, visas etc) will remain the responsibility of the prize winners.

14. Travel insurance will remain the responsibility of the prize winners.

15. No persons under 18 will eligable to par take in the competition.

16. Pfize/Agri-bonus reserves the right to publish names, details and photographs of prize winners.

17. Pfizer/Agri-bonus (including its directors, officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Pfizer's control); (b) any flight delays, hotel cancellations, any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason whatsoever; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; or (e) use of a prize.

18. Pfizer/Agri-bonus reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without notice, if deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of its control. If the Competition is cancelled in accordance with this clause, the entrant hereby waive any rights, which they may have against Pfizer and hereby acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever for any losses or damage howsoever caused.

19. Pfizer/Agri-bonus, reserves the right to alter any of the terms and conditions or prizes of this Competition. Any alteration of the terms and conditions or prizes shall be communicated to the public and shall become effective immediately after being altered and communicated or on such date as may be determined by Pfizer/Agri-bonus.

20. The terms and conditions of this Competition are valid and binding upon all entrants.
